Quick NYC trip

went out to NYC for a quick client lunch.... got a capacnio at caffe reggio in the village. stopped off at Macy's on 34th street to get a pair of gloves. the new years eve ball was on display. one of my favorite things to do is walk the streets looking at the building architecture. strolled by the Flatiron building as well as rockafeller center (sunday night at 11pm...it was cold!). Brought back a NY bagel for Samm!

Thanksgiving in WY

Spent Thanksgiving week in WY. Got some great biking in... clear weather, windy weather and snow. dodged wild turkeys, deer, and passed by herds of antelope, not to mention the cows, horses etc... did my annual ride up the Big Horns. Mountain bike this year....

Winefest 2008

Off to Palisade, CO for winefest. Drove over the continental divide on the way. stayed the night in Glennwood Springs across from the train station (Hotel Colorado in the background)

Couple of photos from the last two months. I scored another VIP seat at an Oct Obama rally. When he came to Obama, over 100k folks came to downtown! From City Hall to the Capitol steps.

Bathroom is done!

bulk of construction done, pipes moved, new electrical, entering week two with no window (custom ordered bigger one due next week)

Studs of the old false wall, we found another 1.5 feet back there. pushing them back. also, the studs of the ceiling are still visible. window will be wider and new skylight that can be opened was replaced.

Buses on the Brewery

Buses on the Brewery at Bristol's in Colorado Springs. Great Beer! Miss the Garden of the Gods cruise before the music and beer.... Heat + air cooled engine = vapor lock! learned something new! Have book will travel. I chilled and watched the storms past over the mountains while it cooled off.

Rockies 10-1

great game! biked down Cherry Creek to the ballpark. they have a staffed bike area.

Obama

I was invited to an Obama speech in Colorado Springs. Sat up on the stage...

First Bus trip

Took the Bus on a four day state wide road trip. Camped in the bus. climbed the passes like a champ!

Films on Fox is launch!

First screening was Casablanca. Backyard, sheet is hanging from the carport.....

Office is done

new cabinets, paint, carpet, ceiling fan, the whole shebang!

San Ignacio, Belize

Stayed the night in San Ignacio and visited Cahal Pech Mayan Ruins

Belize again

Hung out in Belize talking with contractors regarding building a house down there. couple of fun photos. We sailed with Skipper Charlie again.
